News: Computer Aid International ships its 50,000th recycled PC
Computer Aid International, the world's largest non-profit supplier of professionally refurbished PCs for schools in developing countries, announced today that it has reached a landmark milestone by refurbishing and shipping its 50,000th PC.
YCS Computers offer free computer recycling. We recycle CRT monitor, computers, laptops, photocopiers and printers from households, Schools and Universities. However, we do charge for our collection service form companies and organisations who cannot deliver their IT equipment to our recycling centre. Based in Leeds (Yorkshire) have a nationwide collection service which is chargeable depending on the distance. Of course, we do not charge if you arrange your own delivery service to our depot in Leeds. Households can deliver their redundant PC's and printers free of charge during our working hours.

We are part of WEEEP (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment Partnership), which aims to give PC access to people in the community. Part of this project involves training people how to work and fix the PC's we donate. Advantages include helping people to train for further qualifications.
